I write digital marketing ...This is all SOOOO true! I write digital marketing content for the freelance work I do, and all of this is similar to what experts advise business owners. It's best not to respond because it can easily feed a "troll." The difference is that businesses can say, "I'm sorry you had these experience. Please contact us so we can make it up to you." Writers can't do that! I do, however, use one of my reviews as part of my presentation. I don't show it--I just tell people about it because it was such a ridiculous observation.
