A book-cover scavenger hunt is this year's theme. Please see this post for general rules on how to participate.
Today's item is:
Quilts
My choice:
The Winding Ways Quilt--Jennifer Chiaverini
The ever-tricky Q! This was the first thing that came to mind. I immediately remembered reading this series more than a decade ago, and just recently found out there are more books in the series that had come out since then. I now want to find and read those ones. I picked this one because it had a bright quilting pattern around the edge. The colors stand out.
Now it's your turn. Provide a link in the comments (from Amazon, Goodreads or other sites) to a book with the item of the day. Just naming the book in the comments is also acceptable. Remember, you cannot use the same one in my post. Otherwise, just comment on the post. Good Luck!

'How to make an american quilt' by Whitney Otto - I know the title but I never read the book (had to look up the author name). There are many editions but I did see one with a quilt on the cover
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day.
These are the first books that came to mind for quilts, also. I will have to see if any there are any more books than the last one I read. But, it's been so long ago since I read them, I could probably start over.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great one. I'll see if I have time to go searching later, but nothing immediately comes to mind. Unless you count all the craft books that are out there. Or can I nominate a blog? There's a blogger who writes about the quilts she makes.
ReplyDeleteWow! That's a great cover.
