Another Decoration in My Neighborhood

Still haven't scanned the entire park yet, but here is another decoration I spotted in front of the apartments (yes, there are apartments in the mobile home park).

Fake spider webs wrapped around a plant.  Looks weird when viewed from a distance.  The fake spider webs are more easily seen  up close.
