Welcome to the 2016 Monthly Motif Reading Challenge! For this challenge, each month is assigned a certain motif or theme. Your task is to read one book per month that fits in with the motif for that particular month. If you participated in this challenge last year you’ll see that some of the motifs are the same while others have been changed up or switched around.
Below is a participation linky. Please link up to your Monthly Motif Introduction blog post. If you don’t write a blog, link up to your Goodreads profile page.
On the first of each month I’ll be checking in with you and putting up a new linky for you to link your reviews for that month to. It will remain open until the 10th of the following month. So the first linky for the Who Dunnit? Motif in January will be open from January 1-February 10.

MAY- Story of Survival
Make it out alive, beat the odds, save yourself stories. Try thinking beyond the typical wilderness survival. Surviving high school? Surviving a family road trip? Yep- those count too! PS. Dystopians would work great in this motif too.
