It's now November, the end of fall, but beginning of Christmas according to some. I'm not thinking about it just yet, but I could not resist sharing the cartoon above. I still have to take down my pumpkin lights, the only Halloween decorating I did this year. I'm now wondering if the solar lights will still be working next year. The ground is a little muddy form rain early yesterday morning, so I'm waiting for that to dry up. I got a pink shirt half off at the Spirit Halloween store yesterday. The store is said to be closing today.
And of course, the time change began yesterday. As it always seems to be at this time, I got tired and hungry earlier than usual. I was wide awake when I arrived home after midnight from the bar celebration, so I set the clocks back before I attempted to get any sleep.
And tomorrow is Election Day. I'm a voter-by-mail, so I've already filled out and sent my ballots. I'm getting anxious to hear the results tomorrow night.
